Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using ENTR ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ENTR ("we", "us", or "our").

ENTR is a productivity and focus application designed to help users manage tasks and maintain focus during work sessions. The App provides features including but not limited to:

• Task creation and management
• Focus timer and session tracking
• Productivity insights and statistics
• Customizable focus modes

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

The App does not require account registration. You can use the App without creating an account. Any data you create within the App is stored locally on your device.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions that unlock premium features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.

Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Refund requests must be directed to Apple through the App Store, as they handle all payment processing.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
• Distribute, license, or sell the App or any part thereof

The App and all of its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by ENTR and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any tasks, notes, or other content you create within the App. Your data is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly use cloud sync features (if available).

We are not responsible for any loss of data due to device failure, App deletion, or other circumstances. We recommend maintaining your own backups.

The App may integrate with or use third-party services including:

• Apple App Store for purchases
• RevenueCat for subscription management
• Superwall for paywall experiences
• Mixpanel for analytics

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENTR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ENTR and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice within the App.

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ENTR regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
