How do I get started with ENTR?
Simply download ENTR from the App Store, open the app, and start creating tasks or begin a focus session. No account registration is required.
How do I manage my subscription?
To manage or cancel your subscription, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. You can change your plan or cancel anytime from there.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you'd like to request a refund for.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open ENTR on your new device and tap 'Restore Purchases' in the settings or paywall. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your task and focus data is stored locally on your device. We only collect anonymous analytics to improve the app experience. See our Privacy Policy for details.
